Yeah, a lot of exciting progress was made this month. The blanket is more than 3/4 done! I finished a sweater! I actually frogged a project I wasn’t working on! I really don’t know why I’ve been feeling so meh about progress lately.
October progress will basically be the blanket and the new Stephen West MKAL, which starts 10/6. Midway through this month, we add another night of rehearsals for the show I’m stage managing, so there may or not be a ton of knitting time. I can do some knitting during rehearsals depending on what’s happening and how engaged I need to be. There will also be some minor sock progress as the blanket quadrant gets too big to fit in my purse for on the bus knitting. I test knit the Cedar Sparks socks, and I only needed to make one for the test, so I’m hoping to finish one or both of those this month.
I hope everyone has a great month! I’ll be back in a few days to talk about my Bee’s Knees sweater. 🐝
Love your fall stripey socks. Your blanket is beautiful. I can’t even image taking on such a large project although it would be an interesting way to do a temperature blanket?? Hmm. you are giving me ideas again!! I like your monthly “in/out” review so you will see that I “borrowed” the idea for my blog too. Still loving my excel knitting calendar/tracker. “It’s so pretty” with my color coded projects that I used it as the month review’s featured image. Mainly it works for me to not “lose” projects since I can too easily ignore labeled project bags.
Your meals always look so tasty. Can’t beat a bit of RuPaul! Love the stripey socks.
Great job on all the progress! I’m sorry you weren’t excited about the knitting last month, but you really did get a lot of progress made!
Wow your blanket is looking so good! You’re making me want to get mind back out!
Your blanket is really coming along! And yes, you definitely are making a lot of progress on all of your projects 🙂
